MIS data warehouse for an international bank

P&MC project managed the design, build and implementation of a data warehouse for management information for an international bank.

The system supplies daily profitability information by client and product.  It provides information for both head office and local managers.

 It is planned to roll out the system to twelve countries.

MIS system for a bank with eighty branches

P&MC provided project management coaching and co-ordination for the design, build and implementation of an MIS system for a European bank with eighty branches.

The system provides daily reporting including a daily client analysis of the profit and loss and balance sheet.

Selection of new accounting and reporting packages

P&MC provides clients with the experience necessary to successfully select appropriate new accounting software packages.

This requires an understanding of specific requirements, product matching and selection and guidance with implementation.

P&MC has undertaken this activity for a number of clients including banks, a government agency, architects and even a university college.

Operational review

A successful conference provider with many separate operating units wished to ensure that the maximum operational efficiency was achieved.

P&MC reviewed the operations of the units and made appropriate recommendations.
